heh.. went gyn today again.. ran the trackmill for 10min.. ahahha.. so short.. afeter that.. did some upper body workouts.. damn tired.. after that we went to interchage mac to eat.. phew.. ate so much.. since ivan took off leaving bou the mat of e quarter a packet of medium fires.. aight.. really tired.. gonna go slp now
